We are BLUE LARCH Model Railroads - part of the Blue Larch family of web sites.

Our purpose here is to create a web site that creates value for the Model Railroading hobbyist and professional alike.

If you are a retailer - well we want you to get listed on our site. We segment retailers by location and whether they support online sales. We want people to find your products and buy them from you. Why? Because that means we are peforming a useful service!!!

If you are in a model railroading club please send us your clubs details and we will list you for free. If you don't have web hosting we will consider hosting you for free as a service to the community (depending upon volume of traffic and amount of content). We can only allow HTML though - no scripting languages.

Caveat: we will need to pass on some costs if you want your own domain or sub-domain on our server. If just a directory off the main site like "http://www.bluelarch.com/xyz/" then we can likely provide this at no cost. We do reserve the right to look at this again if it looks like we are getting killed on traffic and incremental costs from our hosting provider though!

If you are a hobbyist (or a professional too - why not) we are looking for for stories on:

• Model Railroad Shows: We are looking for 'Cub Reporters' to ensure we get stories about all those model railroading events around the country. Send us a write-up (a couple of photos would be good too) describing a model railroading event/show you attended. Give us as many details as you can, including general impressions of the event, how crowded etc.....Don't forget where it was and when!
